The world of e-commerce and Internet business is truly massive. Even those people who have led the industry since its inception admit being somewhat intimidated by its rapidly changing dynamics: What is certain today is anything but certain tomorrow. When your livelihood and lifestyle is dependent upon succeeding in such an unstable world, an active approach to learning and evolving is absolutely necessary. “Grow or die” is a reality.
The idea for creating this blog has been stewing in my head for a while. Every time I give a presentation or someone asks me a question which triggers the discussion of useful ideas and information I think about how useful it would be to share that information with other people. Each of those instances, especially over the last 6 months or so, has been a contributing spark which has finally ignited into something.
I love educating and training people, it’s really a favorite part of my job. Helping someone navigate such a complex world and training them to be competent, self-sufficient and successful with their Internet business is a rewarding experience. I see this blog as an extension of that element of education, and I’m sure its form will evolve and solidify over time.
